Your Experience
Your experience will be like none other in health care. Our goals are to take the time to understand your past and current medical concerns, perform a comprehensive examination using skill and the most accurate tests available, and finally, to create a personalized plan for you to remain healthy and active for decades to come.
Before Exam Day
- Your initial appointment will include laboratory testing and imaging with ultrasound or MRI. We use either test to carefully examine your internal organs. If you know that you are claustrophobic, ultrasound will be the best choice for you. Our initial exam also includes a low-dose CT scan of your coronary arteries.
- Do not eat anything for 12 hours prior to your blood work. Please drink plenty of water to stay well-hydrated.
- Allow 60 minutes to complete your MRI or ultrasound imaging and blood testing.
Exam Day
- Please arrive promptly at the center at your scheduled time.
- Free valet or free garage parking is available at the Hale Parkway entrance of the Rose Founders Building (4700 E. Hale Parkway).
- No fasting is required on exam day unless you have been instructed otherwise.
- Please bring your medications including all vitamins and supplements with you.
- Your detailed medical history, physical examination, EKG, audiometry, and scans will take approximately 2 hours for established patients. For first-time patients the entire exam and consultation will take approximately 3-4 hours.
- At the conclusion of your exam, you will receive a complete file of your results, scan reports, and recommendations.
